Machine introduction:
This automatic carton folding gluing machine can be equipped with an automatic correction device according to different box lengths. The pressure part of the upper conveyor belt is driven by a motor and can move forward and backward. The pressure adjustment is equipped with a pneumatic pressure adjustment device, which is easy to adjust. The total length of the whole unit is 5.6 meters 4. The conveying part is driven by an independent speed-regulating motor, which can be adjusted according to the production speed of the host machine to ensure the orderly output of finished cartons.
The effective conveying length is 3.6 meters, which can extend the bonding time of cartons and improve the quality of bonding. The inverter is used to control the motor drive, speed regulation is balanced, and power saving is achieved. It adopts advanced timing belt and timing wheel transmission to ensure accurate, stable and low noise transmission.
