1. Regularly check whether the oil pipes, valves, and cylinder plugs of the hydraulic system are leaking oil. If oil leakage is found, the sealing ring should be replaced in a timely manner, and an appropriate amount of hydraulic oil should be injected into the hydraulic cylinder in a timely manner.
2. Regularly check whether there is any rubber or oil dirt on the rubber roller, and promptly wipe off the rubber stains and dust on the roller to ensure that the surface of each roller is clean. After each use, be sure to clean the machine immediately, use glue thinner (alcohol or xylene) to clean and wipe each roller with a soft towel. It is strictly forbidden to use sharp tools to scrape the roller surface. Every time the machine is turned on, wipe off the dust on the surface of each roller and check whether the surface of each roller of the machine is black. If the machine malfunctions or makes abnormal noise, analyze and find the cause in a timely manner and eliminate it. Only after the machine is in normal condition can it continue to be used.
3. The grounding of the machine and the insulation of the electrical appliances should be ensured to be good, and the blade line of the scraper blade should be kept flat and elastic. When there are winding, curling and other phenomena, they should be repaired and replaced in a timely manner.
4. It is necessary to regularly lubricate the various transmission parts and sliding surfaces of the machine to ensure that the machine is in good lubrication condition, especially the large bearings of the press roller. Due to high pressure and temperature, the lubricating oil evaporates and is lost. Therefore, it is necessary to apply lubricating oil in a timely manner to ensure that it works normally under high temperature and pressure.
5. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the machine once a year to promptly identify and solve problems, in order to avoid causing more serious damage to the machine.
