Paper feeding section: Separate the raw materials placed on the paper pile one by one, and transfer them to the pre folding section through the paper feeding section of the laminating machine. The transmission is completed by the friction transmission of the upper and lower paper output belts.
Pre folding section: Use die-cutting and creasing lines to bend the cardboard sheet by 120 or 150 degrees, and then return it to its original shape through a guide rod to achieve pre folding effect. For a simple folding paper box, pre folding is usually completed at the third and first crease lines. This pre folding is very necessary for automatic filling folding paper boxes, which can be easily opened after pasting and achieve automatic filling.
Gluing part: composed of a rubber hopper and an impeller. The impeller rotates to take out the glue from the glue bucket, and then applies the glue on the impeller to the flap, forming a tape to complete the coating. The amount of glue can be controlled by the thickness of the impeller.
This folding section: The folding paper box is completed by using the second and fourth crease lines on the paper box sheet through the upper and lower conveyor belts, so that the adhesive flap overlaps with the adhesive wall panel, completing the preliminary bonding work.
Folding section: The adhesive flap and the adhesive wall panel are bonded under the pressure of the paper conveyor belt and auxiliary equipment, and smoothly transported to the next section for bonding.
Material receiving section: composed of long or vertical supports and widened conveyor belts. The glued paper box is clamped in the upper and lower conveyor belts to obtain a certain pressure, forming a strong adhesive layer. Because the curing of the adhesive requires a certain amount of time, the bonding is more secure with the assistance of pressure
