Material transportation section
The feeding part of the box pasting machine is the main part that feeds the cardboard material required by the machine into the machine. This section includes components such as the cardboard rack for placing cardboard, suction cup conveying system, and transmission mechanism. Among them, the cardboard rack is mainly used to store cardboard materials, the suction cup conveying system is responsible for feeding the cardboard into the interior of the laminating machine, and the transmission mechanism is responsible for driving the paper feeding system to work.
Positioning section
The positioning part is mainly used to feed the cardboard into the interior of the laminating machine and ensure that the cardboard is in the correct position inside the laminating machine. This section includes components such as the feed tray, paper pulling device, guide rod, and positioning device. Among them, the feed tray is mainly used to adjust the angle and position of the cardboard, the paper pulling device is responsible for pulling up the cardboard, and the guide rod and positioning device are used to ensure the accuracy of the cardboard position.
Folding section
The folding part is the part where cardboard is folded, including left and right folding frames, up and down folding frames, and along the bars. The left-right folding frame is responsible for folding the left and right sides of the cardboard, the up-down folding frame is responsible for folding the upper and lower sides of the cardboard, and the key part for cutting and folding the cardboard is along the rod.
Sealing part
The sealing part is used to seal the folded cardboard. This section includes components such as a rotating disc, side pressure device, preheating device, and rubber box. Among them, the rotating disc is mainly used to feed the cardboard into the sealing device, the side pressure device is responsible for pressing the four sides of the cardboard, the preheating device heats the glue to a predetermined temperature, and the glue box is responsible for applying the preheated glue to the sealing area of the cardboard.
Compression part
The pressing part is the part where the cardboard is pressed together. This section includes components such as compression device, compression rod, compression plate, and transmission device. The pressing device is responsible for pressing the cardboard that has been coated with glue, while the pressure rod and pressure plate are used to ensure the accuracy of the cardboard position. The transmission device is responsible for driving the entire system to work.
Out of box section
The outgoing part is the part that transports the already pasted cardboard out of the box pasting machine. This section includes components such as transportation chains, box dispensing mechanisms, and counting devices. Among them, the transportation chain is responsible for transporting the cardboard out of the box pasting machine, the box output mechanism is used to feed the cardboard into the box outlet, and the counting device is used to record the quantity of cardboard.
